About Lights Film School:

About Us

Lights Film School is an online film education provider. We offer an intensive 4 month film program where our students gain practical and theoretical knowledge about the film creation and distribution process.

Our course is project based, not time based and is located 100% online. Therefore, although we provide a 4 month timeline, our students can choose to finish the course quicker or take longer than 4 months if they wish.

During the duration of the online film course our film students will be required to write & read scripts, write essays on film directors and create numerous video projects.

Our hands on, practical film course equips our students with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the film industry. Whether our students enter the market as employees (directors, production designers, sound or camera personnel), or they start their own independent production studios, they will have the tools necessary to excel in their careers. This is because they will be equipped with a solid foundation of theoretical understanding of how films are made and enough practical experience to feel confident doing their jobs properly.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us. We're more than glad to help.
